Minimum information
Share the relevant part of a question rather than a complete financial or identity record.
This policy explains the context of reading information pages and contacting the listed email. Share only what is needed for a question; do not send passwords, OTPs or complete identity documents.
Reading these information pages does not require completing an account form here. A browser sends technical information through ordinary web requests, which differs from voluntarily sending an email. This policy does not make unverified claims about particular tracking systems or retention periods.
Sending an email includes the sender address and information in the message as part of the correspondence. The page, language and question are generally enough to explain an issue. Redact private screenshot areas and avoid sharing another person's details without permission.
Browser history, bookmarks and locally stored data can be managed through device settings. Clearing them may also remove preferences or sessions. Removing device data is not the same as recalling an email already sent.
Share the relevant part of a question rather than a complete financial or identity record.
Remove codes, identifiers, balances and personal numbers. Error text alone may be sufficient.
Review history and saved access on shared phones. Do not use someone else's password manager.
Send questions or correction requests about correspondence to [email protected]. Identify the relevant message by date or subject without sending new sensitive documents. No particular deletion deadline or outcome is promised here.
